Spent the first month of lockdown writing a class for kids exploring photography through art and design.

I discovered that teaching and talking about design and art is like.

My favorite thing in life.

I was blown away by the response and student work. One of my students even won an award for a photo she took in my class!!

also in march, dishwasher flooding + asbestos caused us to start quarantine without a kitchen.

embraced the pivot and started to lean into home/school/work together in one kitchenless house.

Did major soul searching and learned more about myself and my craft, finally got my website how I want it, grew my podcast addiction exponentially, became proficient in bathtub dishes, spent way too much time with my family in an idddy bitty living space. But the growth. Ohhh the growth. Here’s to a fresh start without forgetting the hard earned lessons.

Dear 2021, please be kind.
